Return Policy

The customer has to inform us within 7 days of receipt of the item incase of any defects. If the item is found to be genuinely defective, then a full refund will be processed.  

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days from the date on which The Divine Tales receives returned goods. Through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

Return request will not be processed in following cases:

• Specific categories like clothing freebies.
• Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Made-to-order / custom made.
• Fragile items, hygiene related items.
• Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller.
